We offer a Replacement Design service for your Personalised Suitcase
Just send us your Suitcase, We change the design to one or your choosing and send it back to you.
Replacements available for Cabin, Medium & Large Suitcases.
Once purchased we will contact you via email and/or Whatsapp to give details on where to send your Suitcase/s and to discuss/confirm design and any personalisation requested. You will be charged postage at checkout which is the postage cost for your suitcase to be sent back to you
You MUST make sure your Suitcase is sent to us in secure packaging and tracked postal service
Once we receive your Suitcase we aim to send it back to you within 2-3 weeks
